My Story
I didn't hesitate before the big decisions. The doubt came after, and that's when the real work started. I kept going anyway. I've led teams through change they didn't choose. I've left countries more than once. And I've trained dogs long enough to learn: you can't find the trail for someone. You can only guide them to trust their nose.
The pattern was always the same: not a plan, not a push. Just the right question, and suddenly the decision was inevitable. That's what Melevo is built on.

It doesn't happen to you. Too many people wait for permission, clarity, certainty. The moment never feels right. I believe the moment is now.

The right question does more than the right answer. It shifts perspective. It makes the next step possible.
Personal before professional.
Real change always starts inside. The organizational challenge, the career stuck, the life that doesn't fit: it's always personal first.
Courage is learnable.
I'm not someone who naturally loves uncertainty. I learned to move anyway. That's what I help others do.
My Journey
A few chapters that shaped my approach.
Product Ownership
First time owning direction instead of just executing it. Turned out that was the part I was good at.
Remote-First
New company, full remote, got a dog. More complexity than expected.
First Leadership Role
New team, no playbook. More uncertainty than I'd planned for. Gave direction anyway.
Mantrailing Trainer
Trained my own group alongside a full-time job. One year in, I chose focus and learned something about limits.
First Emigration
Left Germany for the Netherlands. New language, new life, no job lined up. Moved before the picture was complete.

Started Melevo. Bringing everything together under one question: what needs to change?
